We’re truly grateful to have Victoria screen at CPH:DOX this March as part of the ELEMENTAL short film series produced by Sandbox Films. Directed by Sam Soko, Victoria continues to gain momentum after its successful World Premiere at FESPACO last month, and seeing it resonate with audiences at CPH:DOX has been an incredible milestone.

Victoria tells the story of a resilient woman who finds joy and healing while running a kids' entertainment business in Nairobi, embracing a new chapter after escaping an abusive relationship. The film beautifully captures the light, playful qualities of helium as Victoria redefines herself as a mother, daughter, and woman.
