Set in Laikipia, Kenya, the film follows 13-year-old aspiring journalist Simon Ali as he investigates the circumstances surrounding his father’s murder. As Simon’s search unfolds, it opens up urgent questions around conservation, justice, and community equity in the face of environmental crisis.
